MITOGENIC ALOPECIA

In men, Male Pattern Baldness hair loss. In women, Female Pattern are the most common causes of hair loss refer as receding front hairline. This diffused thinning appears over the top or sides of the scalp. Basically, androgenetic alopecia is caused by inherited hormonal fluctuations that result in DHT toxicity. Most males and female pattern baldness are associated with androgenetic alopecia.

An uncommon form of alopecia caused when the hair follicle becomes inflamed due to infection. It usually appears as a rough circular patch on the scalp. It has been linked to and is believed to be caused by a variety of skin disorders.

The natural and irresistible urge to pull out one's own hair caused by certain psychological disorders. It's estimated that 8 million Americans are affected this compulsive action. These disorders can actually cause people to impulsively pull out their hair in large clumps. There are prescribe drugs that have been effective in treating this condition. However, hair re-growth is not always successful.

Generally cause by aggressive brushing, extensions, braiding and hair weaving. This prolonged stress and tension on the hair follicles and weak hair can result in permanent hair loss.

This is the 2nd most common case of hair loss, it appears as a diffuse thinning of hair on the scalp. It can be more severe in some areas than others. The hair follicles are not permanently affected, they're just more hair follicles on the resting stage, it is temporary and hair will grow back.
