Tips for a Healthy Body, Mind, Hair and Scalp.

An overloaded liver, mind, and nervous system can lead to a bundle of health issues that will create a disfunction in the hair cycle and could lead to hair loss. As we begin to partake in Spring cleaning, let’s start with a personal in-house cleaning.

  • Reduce stress by committing to some kind of exercise - begin by walking for 20 minutes in your backyard or your house, make it part of your daily routine.

  • Engage in Self care - meditate, disconnect from social media, and electronic devices. Take time just to “be”.

  • Slow down on multitasking and habitual rushing.

  • Take a multivitamin and minerals daily to increase your energy and to promote organ function, digestion of the food you intake, and cell growth

  • Make detox part of lifestyle to get ride of the accumulation of toxins and undigested food.

  • Adapt a healthy diet that consist of vegetables,fruits, legumes, nuts, grains, fish, and unsaturated fats.

  • Hydrate, water is vital to your health . The body is composed of 60% water. You should strive to drink, in ounces, half of your body weight to maintain an internal homeostasis.
