Now that we have reached the mid-year point, I encourage you to take stock of your “total body health”. Ask yourself,“How am I doing relating to making time for self-care?”
Do not beat yourself up if you haven’t actualized all of your “health” goals. Self-care is a process that we frequently start and stop. The most important thing is to not become discouraged.
Remember that each day brings a new opportunity to do something good for ourselves and others. I encourage you to take a minute, review my prior tips to determine if one can be adopted by you to support your journey towards a healthy-self.
